Inspiring his colleagues, empowering the blood and backbone of this organisation, and his loyal and true service of 24 years, Sergeant Nigel Michael Blackman will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

Serving in the international Tutti Government conflict of 1973, Sgt. Blackman maintained a strong sense of leadership from the day he set foot as a fellow policeman of the CMPD, finishing his masters into technology resources, passing the CMA Training course at distinction, and finally admitted into the MEPA Program exclusively.
