Formerly the Head of Intelligence at DOMINANT ID Facilities, MEPA has been praised with his strong leadership and expertise of the framing and vision of the action sequences. His clear direction and eclectic approach revives the team's energy and keeps the film going. This will be General Richy's 8th year of joining the FMF (film-making force).

A military enthusiast, General Toy offers clear and direct orders that keep the MEPA Clan and security intact with the highest standards met. Gone through many wars and hardships, the humble and war-skilled general devotes his remaining time in the MEPA Organisation to offer the best gears and mise en scene to provide the best representation of action.

The vision of MEPA lies solely on the hands and skills of General Ryu. His detailed and careful observations on the media capturing the activities and propaganda of the MEPA Organisations are met with the highest standards of meaning through the micro-elements. The General's specific editing process is what pieces and tailors the unity, comedy, and meaning of the MEPA World Media.
